Today, I’d like to introduce the new AI Report feature that will be added to the EZIT home dashboard.

An AI Report that organizes numbers and graphs at a glance

Until now, you may have checked your store and warehouse status through inbound/outbound trends, inventory status, and item-by-item graphs.

Now, EZIT will also provide an automatically organized summary report powered by AI.
Think of it as a card that highlights important changes and key points to track—in sentence form—so you don’t have to interpret every graph and number yourself.

For example, it looks like this 👇

“This week, outbound in the beverage category increased by 32% compared to last week.
In particular, ‘Zero Cola 500ml’ is likely to sell out within 3 days, so an additional order may be needed.”

“Snack stock has increased significantly compared to last week.
‘Chocopie’ and ‘Big Pie’ can likely reduce order quantities for a while.”

It’s like having AI organize and explain what used to come through only as numbers and charts.

What does the Home Dashboard AI Report tell you?

The AI Report summarizes today’s/this week’s inventory flow on the home dashboard.
Key contents include:

1) One-line key summary

“This week shows the fastest inventory depletion rate.”
“Inbound increased, but outbound decreased—inventory is piling up.”

First, we provide a one-line summary so you can grasp the overall situation at a glance.

2) Easily overlooked risky/caution items

The AI Report automatically highlights items based on data flow, such as:

• Items at risk of selling out soon

• Items with excessive inventory

• Items with activity concentrated on certain days/times

It helps you catch changes you might miss when you’re only scanning graphs.

3) Suggestions for next actions

It doesn’t stop at “something looks off.” When possible, it also suggests simple operational guidance.

“Consider increasing the order quantity for Product A in box units.”
“For Product B, based on recent depletion, it may be okay to reduce order quantities.”
“Product C could be used for events/promotions to reduce stock.”

Of course, final decisions stay with the store manager and person in charge—
the AI Report’s role is to reduce the 고민 before making that decision.

The AI Report is especially useful for:

• Store managers overseeing multiple stores/warehouses and feeling overwhelmed by the overall flow

• Operators who can’t tell if inventory is circulating properly even when sales look good

• Anyone who opens the dashboard and thinks, “I still don’t know if things are okay, even after looking at the graphs.”

In EZIT, the AI Report is like a team member who reads the data for you—
but it’s designed as a helper that provides advice and insights, while leaving the final judgment to the user.

What’s next: expanding AI-based inventory insights

This update starts with a summary-type AI Report on the home dashboard, but our team is already considering the next steps, such as:

• Deeper analysis reports by category and brand

• Demand-change analysis tailored to seasons/events (holidays, year-end, etc.)

• In-depth reporting linked to future AI demand forecasting and automated ordering

We’re also considering adapting report wording and criteria by industry, so it better matches real-world store language and situations.
